The Belief
Wild food is better, and it deserves to be treated that way.
Sutlers & Co. started with a simple conviction: a stag stalked at dawn, a fish pulled from cold water, mushrooms found by hand in the woods. That food is better than anything flown in, farmed, or forced. Not sentimentally better. Actually better. And it deserves more than being an afterthought on a hunting trip.
So we built the whole thing around the meal. Every expedition ends at a fire, with what was taken that day, shared between everyone who was there. That's the part we actually care about: not the trophy on its own, but the table it leads to, and the people gathered around it.
