Sutlers & Co. ("we", "us") is a private hunting outfit operating in the Scottish Highlands, trading under that name on behalf of FJRResearch Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site or register your interest in an expedition, and what we do with it.
When you submit a form on this site, we collect whatever you enter into it: your name, email address, preferred dates, number of guests, and any message you add. Beyond that, and the cookies described below, we don't collect anything else about you.
We use Vercel Web Analytics on every visit, a cookieless service that only sees aggregate page-visit numbers and doesn't track you individually or collect anything that identifies you.
We also use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and HubSpot, which use cookies to distinguish you from other visitors and, for HubSpot, to support how we manage enquiries once you've been in touch. The Meta Pixel also helps us understand how people who click through from Facebook or Instagram use this site. We only load these, and only set their cookies, if you accept analytics and marketing cookies in the banner shown when you first visit this site. If you decline, or don't respond, none of them are loaded and no cookies are set by any of them. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain and reloading the page, which brings the banner back.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and run your expedition. We don't sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox. We don't control FormSubmit's own data practices; you can read their policy directly at formsubmit.co/privacy-policy.
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where an expedition goes ahead, for the duration of the booking and a reasonable period afterwards. We delete it on request (see below).
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. To do so, use the enquiry form or reply to any email correspondence we've had with you directly.
