Sutlers & Co. ("we", "us") is a private hunting outfit operating in the Scottish Highlands. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site or register your interest in an expedition, and what we do with it.
When you submit the interest form on this site, we collect whatever you enter into it: your name, email address, preferred dates, number of guests, and any message you add. We don't use cookies, tracking scripts or analytics on this site, so beyond what you submit yourself, we don't collect anything else about you.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and run your expedition. We don't sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox. We don't control FormSubmit's own data practices; you can read their policy directly at formsubmit.co/privacy-policy.
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where an expedition goes ahead, for the duration of the booking and a reasonable period afterwards. We delete it on request (see below).
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. To do so, use the enquiry form or reply to any email correspondence we've had with you directly.
