A private, horseback stag hunt in the Scottish Highlands. Every expedition ends the same way: at a table built around what you took, and what the land gave up that day.

This isn't a photo-op stalk. You're up before light, on foot and horseback, testing yourself against real Highland ground for a stag worth the effort, properly earned, not staged.
Then the food takes over. What you take goes straight to the kitchen and comes back as a proper meal that night, shared with whoever made the trip with you. That's the actual point: a mean hunting trip, kickass food, and the kind of night you're still talking about years later. It's the belief the whole outfit is built on, more on that in Our Story.
The Highland stalk comes first. More expeditions join once we've walked the ground ourselves, the same way this one began.
Horseback stalking through the corries at dawn, a stag taken the old way, and a fire waiting at the end of it. Five nights. One stag. Nothing else on the itinerary.

The stalk ends with you, but the mount doesn't have to. We arrange the taxidermy with trusted Highland specialists, see it through to completion, and ship the finished piece directly to your door, wherever in the world that is.
You leave with the story and the meal. The trophy follows once it's ready. See the FAQ for more on how that works.
It isn't food flown in to garnish someone else's catch. What you take that day becomes the menu that night, prepared properly by people who know exactly what to do with it, not treated as an afterthought.
There's no fixed calendar and only a small number of places available. Register your interest below and we'll be in touch directly as dates are confirmed.
